Condominiums The Village at Steamboat in Steamboat Springs Coloraro

The Village Site Map

The Village at Steamboat condominium complex is one of the most active and popular places for visitors to Steamboat Springs to stay.  It is located at 900 Pine Grove Circle, just off Mount Werner Road, in Steamboat Springs, CO.  This is great access to Lincoln Avenue/State Route 40, and Mount Werner Road, which takes you to Steamboat Resort.

It is also centrally located next to shopping and multiple choices for dining in the Central Park Plaza area.  This includes mail service, grocery and sundries, as well as just about anything you would need.  This is all within walking distance.  A short walk takes a person to access the free Steamboat Springs bus service, as well as shuttle service to Steamboat Resort.

I have personally stayed at The Village at Steamboat and found the service excellent, the units warm and welcoming, and most of all, it’s easy to get around.  The check in desk helped me and my family out with understanding Steamboat Springs, using the amenities of the condominiums to their fullest, and overall gave my family an experience where I would stay there again.  I still recommend this complex to my friends who visit.

Buildings at The Village at Steamboat

The Village at Steamboat was built in three phases: 1987, 1999, and 2008.  It has been built on 19.53 acres and has under 200 condominiums spread out over a large area.  There are studio condos, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units, plus penthouse and presidential condominiums.  Most are owned fractionally, or by timeshares.

The property amenities include garages, fitness center, one indoor pool, and two outdoor pools.  There is a sauna, steam room, and seasonal shuttle service (separate from the bus service and resort shuttle).  There is on-site check in.  Primarily, the condominium units are rented for short term stays.

Each unit is managed by Club Wyndham.  The units have washer and dryer in each and a fully equipped kitchen.  Units that are not studios have a fireplace and balcony.  The units are nice and provide most amenities a family would want when visiting Steamboat Springs.

Like mentioned above, the access to Steamboat Springs and Steamboat Resort from The Village at Steamboat is excellent.  For Summer visitors, it is easy to get around, across the street from a large tennis complex, and a short walk to soccer and baseball fields.  For Winter visitors staying at The Village, it has amenities to ease a great day of skiing, snowboarding, or backcountry hiking.  Being very near many dining choices is a large benefit.
